How long will it take my order to ship?
The processing time on each item varies. As every thing is handmade, sometimes there are delays! It's just one guy working tirelessly in his garage to build everything.
Okay, my order shipped. How long now?
Depends on where you are! Within Canada it'll likely be approximately 1 week, and everywhere else please allow 2-6 weeks. We know you're excited to receive your product, we're excited too!
Can I commission a custom piece?
YES. PROBABLY. Daniel (the artist behind this operation) is a busy guy and may not always be able to take commissions. Send us an email at [email protected] and we'll see what we can do.
Do you take returns?
Yup! If you're unhappy with your product, we'll be happy to take it back
in it's original condition
. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in it's original condition,
buyers are responsible for loss in value.
